Small pieces of cocoa beans, which we have subtly sweetened with dried cane juice. 100% cocoa nibs are naturally bitter, which may bother some people. Our cocoa beans are from the prized Criollo variety. It accounts for less than 5% of global production. It is extremely difficult to grow, but the quality of its beans is incomparable to classic varieties. They will captivate you with their rich, creamy taste without bitterness, with a wide range of fruity, nutty, and spicy flavor notes. They come from organic farms run by local farmers in Peru.

They contain a minimum of sugar (1,5 g / 100 g), so they are naturally bitter. They stand out with flavour tones of honey, caramel, fruit and vanilla.
