Very effective

After just a few days of use, I notice an improvement, it works. Although it causes some bloating, that's only a minor drawback—the benefits outweigh it.

I’ve been taking it 2 times a day for about a month straight and I can’t complain! Since then I haven’t been ill, or at least if I was, it passed quickly.

I've only been using it for a short time, so I can't fully evaluate it yet. What bothers me so far is the smell after opening the box.

I guess I can't really judge the effect completely. But it doesn't make me feel sick and it's definitely not worse than my previous competing women's multivitamin... So I guess it's good ☺️

The smell is unpleasant, hence one star deduction. Otherwise a good product for basic care!
