They do what they are supposed to do, but the glue is very difficult to remove completely.
the strips don't bother me at all while sleeping but they are hard to remove
Pleasant, non-irritating, serves its purpose, but adhesive remains around the mouth which is difficult to remove even with morning washing.
My son wanted to try mouth strips to learn to breathe through his nose at night for better sleep, and he is satisfied.
Works flawlessly for those without a beard.
For me, great for sleep
So far, it has only been used three times and it peeled off after a few hours. But my husband applies it over his beard, and that's not ideal :)
