Great mixture for homemade falafel, very simple and quick procedure, the balls were delicious. I prepared in a pan with olive oil and no problem.

I wanted a trial pack, but it didn't impress me. consistency bad, mine were falling apart. taste weaker. I've eaten better semi-finished ones, the homemade ones don't catch on at all.
