Influencer Marketing Manager - UK

What started as a Czech fitness and e‑commerce project has grown into one of the fastest‑growing European lifestyle brands. Now we’re scaling internationally — and the UK is one of our key growth markets.

To help us grow there, we’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager (UK) who will help us build strong relationships with creators and grow the Vilgain community across the British market.

We’re looking for someone based in London who can join our Camden office three days a week and work closely with the team in person.

What you’ll be doing 🚀
• Discover and connect with new UK‑based influencers, athletes, creators and ambassadors who align with the Vilgain brand
• Build and manage long‑term partnerships with creators — from first message to campaign execution
• Coordinate product gifting, affiliate collaborations and paid influencer campaigns
• Review influencer content and make sure it authentically represents the Vilgain brand
• Track campaign performance and engagement metrics and look for ways to improve results
• Spot new creators, trends and opportunities across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube
• Collaborate with our marketing and creative teams on influencer campaigns, launches and activations
• Help build a strong creator community around Vilgain in the UK
