The production uses artisanal methods with a gentle approach to ingredients. The reason is a focus on tradition and an effort to preserve the maximum amount of micronutrients in the final product. In addition, the leavening process keeps the bread fresh and soft for longer.

Nejlepší tousťák, ve většině obchodů takhle kvalitní složení nenajdeme.

Vyhovuje nám lépe, než předchozí verze. Má méně cukru než podobný výrobek, který je běžně dostupný. Hodí se mít do zásoby, dlouho vydrží.

Je jemný, nadýchané, chutný. Mám raději opečený/zapečený.

Je vyroben tradičními řemeslnými postupy, bez umělých konzervantů, a navíc za pomalého kynutí s použitím přírodního pšeničného kvásku namísto běžného komerčního droždí.
