We don’t fill our whole grain bread with anything unnecessary. In production, we use only natural ingredients from certified organic farming, led by whole grain wheat, sourdough, and extra virgin olive oil for perfect softness.

The production uses artisanal methods with a gentle approach to ingredients. The reason is a focus on tradition and an effort to preserve the maximum amount of micronutrients in the final product. In addition, the leavening process keeps the bread fresh and soft for longer.

- Ethyl alcohol is an external agent (on the surface or in the packaging) that prevents the growth of bacteria and mold. It also extends the shelf life of the product.
- At the moment of consumption, there is no alcohol left in the product – it completely evaporates.
- This method is safe, approved by the EU and FDA, and suitable for all consumers, including children and those who avoid alcohol.
