I wanted to try something new that was sugar-free. But I've already discovered that xylitol is not my friend. It's got this weird cooling taste. It's dense, which I wouldn't mind, but out of the two cookies that come in a pack of four, one cookie is enough for me 😆 and I'd rather have the other one the next day.

So these cookies have become my favorite and regular buyer.
