Demi Glace - reviews

Purchased 4/26, best before 6/28, after opening a pronounced sour taste, I do not recommend.

Unfortunately, this is so far the only disappointment; it doesn’t resemble demi-glace at all—not even remotely. It’s too light, too thin, and tastes more like a slightly stronger broth.

This is not demi glace at all, it tastes like a very weak, poorly made broth. This is a big disappointment.

The first product that disappointed me. It has nothing to do with demi-glace. Basically, it’s just colored water without any distinct flavor. On top of that, it’s slightly bitter. It even keeps its watery consistency in the fridge.

This has nothing to do with demi glace at all. It's just colored water with no taste.

Like, it's good, but weak. With demiglace, I expect to put one teaspoon per serving of sauce and it'll be the bomb. This is liquid, I used all of it for 4 servings of sauce and it still wasn't quite right...

It has absolutely nothing to do with demi glace. Bland, bone-smelling. Absolutely tasteless, and I used it without dilution. I don't recommend it!
