Curious to know where these sardines in glass are stored in your warehouse to prevent light-induced oxidative damage in the oils? Thanks

Hello, Yes - the sardines in this jar are already cooked and ready to eat. According to the product description, the sardines are processed using traditional techniques in Spain and placed in the jar already cooked (cleaned and without head/tail/guts), then packed with extra virgin olive oil.
So you don’t need to cook them yourself - they’re ready straight from the jar (good for salads, sandwiches, etc.).
