From fresh Italian tomatoes

The tomatoes come from the pristine Mugello region, nicknamed the “green lungs of Tuscany.” Unique conditions give the tomatoes an intense flavor, unaffected by any pesticides or GMOs. For one concentrated 100 g paste, 420–440 g of fully ripe tomatoes were used, resulting in a truly thick product.

How to use the paste?

Thanks to its thick consistency, the paste is a perfect base for Italian cuisine, giving you freedom in the kitchen. You can use it to season soups, make dips, or prepare sauces with basil or rosemary. With it, you can easily create authentic Italian, as well as Mexican and Indian dishes.

Environmentally conscious production

Fully ripe tomatoes are hand‑picked and, thanks to the proximity of the fields to our processing plant, they can be processed within 24 hours of harvest. The paste retains much more freshness and flavor compared to regular ones, and this also reduces the environmental impact. The entire production process also uses green energy.
