Organic Durum Wheat Pasta – Spaghettonni
– bronze‑drawn pasta, made from durum wheat, perfect al dente textureAuthentic Spaghettoni like in an Italian restaurant
Let yourself be transported to an Italian restaurant with our organic spaghettoni made from durum wheat. Thanks to slow drying and a higher semolina content, they hold their shape perfectly, don’t overcook, and remain beautifully al dente. Their thicker shape and slightly rough surface also capture sauce in every bite.
Ingredients from organic farming in Italy
Durum wheat semolina ensures that the pasta retains a firm structure and does not overcook. Thanks to slow drying and high‑quality processing, it remains perfectly al dente and has a fuller flavour and better texture.
Directly from the hands of pasta masters
The dough is shaped through bronze dies, which give the pasta a rougher surface so the sauce adheres better. It is then slowly dried for more than 20 hours at low temperatures for a firm texture and the authentic taste of Italian pasta.
Simple preparation and perfect results
Cook spaghettoni for 10–12 minutes for a perfect al dente texture. They pair best with more robust sauces, which, thanks to their structure, cling to every bite.
