Vilgain Liver Support also contains choline, which contributes to the maintenance of normal liver function, normal lipid metabolism, and normal homocysteine metabolism.
The last active ingredient is NAC (N‑acetylcysteine), which is the acetylated form of the amino acid cysteine. Thanks to its acetylated form, it has good bioavailability and is therefore often chosen as an additional source of cysteine. In the body, it serves as a precursor to glutathione—a substance naturally present in all cells.
