Some manufacturers compete with each other to see how many different types of creatine they can put into their product, which has a negative impact not only on the price but, paradoxically, also on the effectiveness of the product. Other forms have a higher proportion of additives, which can reduce bioavailability, and contain significantly lower amounts of pure creatine [1].
Creatine monohydrate
Creatine pyruvate
Tri‑Creatine Citrate
Creatine occurs completely naturally in our bodies, mainly in muscle cells in the form of creatine phosphate, which is involved in energy production. Supplementing with creatine can increase physical performance during successive short‑term intervals of high‑intensity physical activity.*
*Beneficial effect is achieved with 3 g of creatine per day.

Monohydrate is the most researched and best-absorbed form of creatine. Supplementation with creatine may increase physical performance during repeated short-term intervals of high-intensity physical activity.
We recommend taking 5 g (1 scoop) once daily mixed in 150–250 ml of water (for the flavored variant up to 350 ml); for capsules, take 3 capsules twice daily. Creatine monohydrate is ideal to take after training together with protein or at any time during the day with food, and the daily dose can also be divided into smaller portions.
Micronized creatine is ground into an extra fine powder, with a finer texture and better solubility.
The mercury content according to the attached analysis is 0,0113 mg/kg, which is ten times less than the legal limit of 0,1 mg/kg.
Creatine may improve strength and performance, however, its use in children and adolescents (14 years old) is generally not recommended without professional supervision. The adult dosage (5 g per day) would be high for a fourteen-year-old – use should always be consulted with a doctor or sports nutrition specialist.
A beneficial effect on physical performance is achieved with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine. The recommended dose of Creatine powder is 5 g (1 scoop) per day, for capsules 3 capsules twice daily.
Creatine monohydrate is the most researched form with a high absorption rate – according to the comparison on the product page, 99%, compared to 87% for creatine pyruvate and 75% for tri-creatine citrate.
Creatine is in micronized form (200 mesh) and its purity is tested by the HPLC method. Each batch is also tested for heavy metal content, and the protocol can be downloaded in the Downloads tab.
Yes, the total daily dose can be divided into several smaller doses. Creatine is best utilized when taken with a meal or with a protein drink after training.
