Our beef comes from cows and bulls grazing on mountain meadows rich in fresh grass with high biodiversity. In winter, they are fed hay or GMO‑free feed. This ensures the cattle are strong, healthy, and provide even higher‑quality beef.
Juicy lean cuts
We only select the juiciest, lean cuts. We don't add tendons, gristle, or any other inferior parts of the meat to the sticks. Thanks to the addition of fruit, which also enhances the flavour profile with a subtle sweetness, all ingredients come together in a smooth, firm stick.
