Dosage
- Take 2 capsules daily with meals and with sufficient water.
- Multivitamin provides the body with an intake of essential vitamins and minerals.
- Taking it is advisable during regular physical activity, when a deficiency of certain micronutrients is found or when the intake of fruits and vegetables is low.
- It is suitable for daily use, but long-term use is also possible.
- For optimal absorption of fat-soluble vitamins, it is advisable to consume with food.
