Energy Gel
– a source of fast energy and electrolytes, a combo of 3 fast‑absorbing organic carbohydrates, for long‑lasting, lower intensity activities
Ideal during prolonged physical activity ⏱️
Energy gels are suitable for intensive activities lasting approximately
1–2 hours or longer. For optimal energy replenishment, we recommend consuming about 30 g of carbohydrates per hour, which corresponds to one gel every 45 minutes during activity.
Effectively replenish lost electrolytes 🔄
When we exercise for more than 90 minutes, we lose significant amounts of sodium, potassium and magnesium through sweating. Scientific studies [2] have repeatedly concluded that a deficiency of these electrolytes can lead to decreased performance. Therefore, it is crucial to continuously replenish electrolytes during exercise.
