A study [1] investigating the effects of green tea reported onset of effects approximately 30 minutes after consumption, observing that when combined with caffeine, the effects were prolonged by several hours.

Caffeine is a naturally occurring stimulant that helps to increase alertness and improve concentration. Our drink contains only caffeine of purely natural origin - no synthetic caffeine to be found here.
