I have been wearing this type of bra for a long time, I can only recommend it, but the size should be rather larger, as the material tightens the breasts, so do not let anything squeeze you.

The material is very nice, the size is just a mockery. So for me, a big DISAPPROVEMENT with the fact that you can't even order a bigger one, which, according to this one anyway, would be small. I don't like the fact that this assumes that if someone exercises, they have small breasts- not really.

My absolute favourite bra, I ordered other colours right away :-) I usually wear size S, because I have a wider back despite my thinness and I took S/M and it fits perfectly. Anyway, if you're borderline, get the bigger one.

As such I like it, it is also comfortable, but unfortunately after a short time of wearing it the seams started to fall apart, originally I wanted to order other colors, but now I don't know
