Great taste, only the amount to be taken daily is large, 6-12 tablets...

So far I've been taking it for a few days along with ashwaganda and other adaptogens. I feel better

I don't see any difference yet, but after a month I can't expect miracles.

Physically I didn't feel the effects much, but at least a little placebo for the head :-)
