You can rely on the quality cocoa content - the dark version contains a minimum of 75% and the white chocolate version has 35%. The cocoa is also certified by the Rainforest Alliance, which ensures favourable working conditions for farmers and supports responsible agriculture.
Natural sweetener xylitol instead of sugar
Xylitol, also called birch sugar, is a substance of natural origin with no known negative side effects. It is commonly found in nature in fruits and vegetables such as raspberries, plums and maize. Compared to regular sugar, it has approximately 40% fewer calories but the same sweetness. Unlike some other sweeteners, it has no unpleasant aftertaste. In addition, consuming foods and drinks with xylitol instead of sugar helps to preserve the mineralisation of teeth and may prevent tooth decay.
For baking and coating
