Collagen from chicken and grass‑fed cows
Peptinex beef collagen is derived from the collagen of grass‑fed cows from South American Brazil and is a source of type 1 and type 3 collagen. Its high degree of hydrolysis makes it easily absorbed and available to the human body.
Chicken collagen, which is predominantly found in cartilage, is a representative of type 2 collagen. It acts as a building block of cartilaginous tissues and helps in their formation and regeneration.

Suggested use
- Mix 2 heaped scoops (12 g) in 200 ml of water.
