Coconuts are inseparable from Christmas. 🥥 And it wouldn't be us if we didn't show you a slightly healthier version full of great ingredients. This pastry is a safe bet. It's extra easy and we're a little worried it won't make it to dinner because it'll get dusty right away. So how about you try it too?

Per 15 portions
- 1,5 cup coconut
- 2 egg whites
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 50 g dark chocolate drops
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 170 °C. Line a baking tray with baking paper. -
In a bowl, beat the egg whites of two eggs until creamy. Stir in the coconut and maple syrup.

Using a spoon, place the prepared mixture on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown on top. Let cool.

Melt your chocolate with coconut oil. Whisk until smooth.

Dip the cooled biscuits with the bottom part in chocolate and place back on the baking paper. Lightly drizzle the top of the biscuits with the remaining chocolate. Allow to cool completely and serve.
